Frequently asked questions
Is Ajarna free?
Yes. The Free plan covers one property and three units with all the essentials. Paid plans are purchased inside the app via the App Store or Google Play.
Does the tenant need the app?
Yes — and it is completely free for tenants. They join with the invite code you send, or get linked to their lease automatically when their phone number or email matches.
Which countries and currencies are supported?
Any country. Ajarna supports multiple currencies and time zones, and works globally in Arabic and English.
Does it send WhatsApp reminders automatically?
Not yet. WhatsApp sharing is manual for now — one tap inside the app — while push notifications and email reminders are sent automatically.
How are payments confirmed?
The tenant taps “I paid”, the owner confirms receipt, and a shareable PDF receipt is issued. Every payment is documented for both sides.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Inside the app: More → Delete account. You can also export your data at any time before deleting.
