1. The service
Ajarna is a tool for organizing and following the rental relationship between owners and tenants. It is not a party to any lease, does not provide legal advice, and does not collect rent on anyone’s behalf.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Data and content
Your lease data remains yours. You grant us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not enter other people’s data without a lawful basis.
4. Payments and receipts
Receipts issued by the app document what the parties recorded and do not replace any legal or tax requirements in your country.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans are purchased through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled in your store settings. When a subscription ends, your data stays readable within the free plan’s limits.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for fraud, harassment, spam, or attempts to access other users’ data.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for disputes between owners and tenants or for losses arising from reliance on reminders.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
